Note To Self..

some random thoughts that i made a mental note on this past week.. (because i was so freakin' stressed out!)

1. when you're really made, you have to take a deep breath.. AND SCREAM! and kick the chair next to you.. and then you'll feel better..

2. when you are mad with someone, it is ALWAYS best to confront that person and "unleash your fury" (as long as he/she can take it) because that way, you do not only learn to be honest, but you've come to let go of you anger.. in a not-so-nice way.. but hey, at least he/she knows you've just had it with him/her..

3. that you don't have to make permanent decisions in temporary situations. (very well said angelo, THANKS!)

4. that a really big HUG can do wonders.. it can take the pain away and replace with luuuurve! :p

5. that there will always be someone / something that you will annoy you, its normal, you just don't have to let it control you..

6. and lastly, ignoring someone / something is sometimes a good idea. (hide from newsfeed? YES!)
